What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain the highest standards of fine dining service.
- Coach, train, and motivate staff to continually improve performance.
- Ensure smooth daily operations while working closely with ownership.
- Help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Fine dining experience required both as server and bartender
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a hands-on management style, leading by example
- Young, energetic, and ambitious professional with a desire to grow.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Schedule
- 6 days per week 2PM to closing
- Approximately 50 hours per week

The Tuscan native will focus on healthy, family-style meals. The name is meant to evoke a place of love where everyone can feel welcome. Bar Ti Amo is for lovers of Italian cuisine, offering meals all day, from breakfast to late night.
Who We Are
Marco Betti grew up in Reggello in the Tuscan hills just outside Florence, working in the family butchershop with his father, Silvano, and at the apron of their mother, Rosanna. Since first opening Antico Posta in 1999, Betti has been bringing Atlantans a pure and authentic taste of Tuscany. With Bar Ti Amo, he’s invested in updating his style to a modern taste with the goal of creating a place people can come anytime day or night.
